📖Biography

Gertrude Jekyll created over 400 gardens in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. She was the first person to coin the term 'woodland garden' and was a proponent of the cottage garden style. Jekyll collaborated extensively with architect Edwin Lutyens on many of her most famous projects.
